腕にはめると、重さがずっしりくる。香港の腕時計商社の社長は「ロレックスと同じ重さですよ」と話した。スイスの高級ブランドと同じ重さ。その感触が、高級感を与えてくれるような気がした。
裏ぶたには刻印はなく、研磨されたツルツルの状態だった。社長の説明通りだ。あったのは「Ａｓｓｅｍｂｌｅｄ ｉｎ ｃｈｉｎａ（中国で組み立て）」のシールのみ。時刻は日本時間に合わされていた。
帰国後、大手通販サイトで全く同じブロニカを購入した。値段は９８００円。
数日後、自宅に届いた包装の中を見ると、高級そうな箱が入っている。箱の中を開けると、表は中国で手に入れたものと全く同じ時計だった。
ただ裏ぶたを見ると、シールはなく、「Ｍａｄｅ ｉｎ ＪＡＰＡＮ」の刻印に代わっていた。刻印を隅から隅まで探したが中国を示す文字は見当たらない。
ブロニカが、中国で組み立てられていることは確認できた。ただ、香港の時計商社社長によると、動力部であるムーブメントは日本製だという。
深圳で入手したものと日本で購入したものの中身は同じなのか。ムーブメントは日本製なのか。
実際に確認するため、時計修理会社の大手「共栄産業」（東京都豊島区）に分解を依頼した。

【ソウル=島谷英明】韓国の与党「共に民主党」などの国会議員団が31日、同国が実効支配する島根県の竹島（韓国名・独島=トクト）に上陸した。韓国メディアが伝えた。上陸した議員団は日本の韓国に対する一連の輸出管理厳格化措置などを非難する声明を読み上げた。竹島に関しては文在寅（ムン・ジェイン）大統領が29日、日本が「自身の領土というとんでもない主張をしている」と述べていた。韓国は輸出管理の厳格化に絡めて領土問題でも日本への批判を強めている。
一方、外務省の金杉憲治アジア大洋州局長は31日、在京韓国大使館の金敬翰（キム・ギョンハン）次席公使に電話で抗議した。「竹島は日本固有の領土で、到底受け入れることはできず、極めて遺憾だ」と伝え、再発防止を求めた。
車体は潮風でサビだらけ。内側の壁紙はあちこちではがれている。瀬戸内海に浮かぶ女木島（めぎじま）（高松市）で、「昭和」の観光バスを目当てに訪れる人が絶えない。ただ、最近は運行会社内からも「みっともない」との声も。このまま走らせるか、現役引退か、社長の心は揺れている。
女木島は高松港からフェリーで約２０分。周囲９キロに約１３０人が暮らす。島の中央には桃太郎伝説で知られる鬼ケ島大洞窟があり、「鬼ケ島」の別名がある。バスは地元の「鬼ケ島観光自動車」が運行し、港と大洞窟の片道約１０分の間を、主に観光客を乗せて往復している。
会社が所有する４台のバスの中で、見るからに古いそのバスは、普段は港近くの駐車場に置いてある。５月に車検が切れ、今は改修のため修理業者に出されている。
長さ約８メートルで２８人の客が乗れる。１９８４年に新車で購入して以来、一度も塗装していない。そのため、車体はサビが目立ち、とくに後部はほぼ全面がサビで埋め尽くされている。車内も壁紙がはがれ、サビが目立つ。網棚の一部も壊れたままだ。自らもハンドルを握る福井隆之社長（７２）は「改装する予算がなく、毎年、車検に出して整備するだけで精いっぱいだった」と話す。

２人は、２０１４年の大規模民主化デモ「雨傘運動」で中心的な役割を果たし、今年６月からは逃亡犯条例の改正案の抗議デモに参加。６月２１日の警察署を包囲したデモを扇動した疑いなどで、３０日朝、拘束されていました。
愛知県豊田市消防本部によると、３０日午後４時５０分ごろ、豊田市トヨタ町のトヨタ自動車本社の従業員から「建物内で煙がでている」と１１９番通報があった。本社地区にある施設の８階に煙が充満しているといい、消防などが排煙作業をしている。トヨタ自動車広報によると、発生場所は本社地区にある技術開発施設の８階。午後４時４０分ごろに火が出ていると気づいたという。すでに全員避難しており、けが人はいないという。

３０日午後２時１０分ごろ、名古屋市西区新木町１３の化粧品製造会社「デムライト」の工場で爆発があった。愛知県警西署によると、男性２人と女性４人の２０〜５０代の従業員計６人が負傷し、病院に搬送された。搬送時は全員意識があった。
直径約１００センチ、高さ約１２５センチのタンクで家庭用洗剤の原料の薬品を加熱しながらかき混ぜていたところ、爆発したという。
同社関係者によると、社長は事故後「加熱していたボイラーの火を消すのが遅くなり、爆発した」と話していたという。
同社のホームページによると、同社は特殊な原料と技術を使ってスキンケアやヘアケア用品を製造している。
３０日午後２時１５分頃、名古屋市西区新木町の工場で爆発音がしたと近隣住民から１１９番があった。消防によると、爆発したのは化粧品製造会社の工場。火はすでに収まっているが、従業員の２０～５０歳代の男女６人が負傷したという。警察と消防で詳しい状況を調べている。

午後２時10分ごろ、名古屋市西区の工場で爆発音がしたとの通報があった、消防によると、現在も消火活動が続けられているが、火の勢いは収まり、燃え広がる恐れはないという。また、男性２人、女性４人がけがをしているとの情報もある。

韓国最高裁は29日、韓国の前大統領、朴槿恵被告への贈賄罪などに問われたサムスン・グループ経営トップのサムスン電子副会長、李在鎔被告に対する執行猶予付きの二審判決の一部を破棄し、ソウル高等裁判所に差し戻した。
最高裁は、高裁の賄賂の定義が狭すぎたと判断。サムスン・グループが朴被告の友人の娘の乗馬訓練のために寄贈した馬3頭を賄賂と認定すべきだと主張した。
今回の判決を受け、市場では李被告がサムスン電子の経営に専念できなくなるとの見方が浮上。サムスン電子株は一時2％値下がりした。
今回の判決で李被告が実刑判決を受ける可能性も出てきた。
同被告は二審で懲役2年6カ月、執行猶予4年の判決が言い渡され、釈放された。被告は不正行為を否定、被告と検察の双方が最高裁に上告していた。
韓国では執行猶予は懲役3年以下の場合にのみ認められるため、差し戻し審で量刑が重くなり、懲役3年を超える判決が出た場合、被告は直ちに収監されることになる。
同被告の弁護士は記者団に「大統領の要請を受けて行った財政支援が賄賂に当たると判断した最高裁の判決は遺憾だ」と述べた。
複数のアナリストは、李被告が収監されても、サムスン電子の経営に大きな影響はないと指摘。同社には、部品、携帯端末、家電の各部門に専任の最高経営責任者（CEO）がいる。
サムスン電子株を保有するHDCアセット・マネジメントのファンドマネジャー、Park Jung-hoon氏は、李被告が収監されても経営や業績への影響は少ないと指摘。サムスンや韓国が直面する厳しい現実を踏まえると、近く大統領恩赦の対象となる可能性があるとの見方も示した。

【ソウル時事】親友と共謀し、韓国最大の財閥サムスングループなどから巨額の賄賂を受け取ったとして収賄罪などに問われた前大統領、朴槿恵被告（６７）の上告審で、韓国最高裁は２９日、二審判決を破棄し、ソウル高裁に審理を差し戻した。下級審の審理で法令違反があったと判断したためで、差し戻し審で朴被告の量刑が重くなる可能性がある。

朴被告は親友の崔順実被告（６３）らと共謀して設立した財団などへの出資を複数の財閥企業に強要するなどし、サムスングループやロッテグループから多額の賄賂を受け取ったとされる。朴被告は二審で職権乱用罪などと併せて懲役２５年、罰金２００億ウォン（約１７億５０００万円）の実刑判決を言い渡された。
最高裁はこの日の判決で、朴被告による賄賂の授受が大統領任期中だったことから、公職選挙法に基づいて審理する必要があったと説明。同法によると、公職者の収賄罪は職権乱用や強要など他の罪と分離して審理する必要がある。
このため、朴被告が受け取った８６億ウォン（約７億５０００万円）相当については、ソウル高裁の差し戻し審で職権乱用罪などとは別に改めて量刑が下される見通しだ。
最高裁はまた、サムスン電子副会長の李在鎔被告（５１）に関して二審判決を破棄し、朴被告らへの賄賂供与を認定した。李被告は経営権を継承するため、朴被告に後押しを求める「不正な請託があった」と判断。見返りとして、崔被告のめいが運営していた「冬季スポーツ英才センター」に支援した約１６億ウォン（約１億４０００万円）などを賄賂と見なした。
韓国の最高裁（大法院）は29日、財閥グループから巨額の賄賂を受け取ったとして、収賄罪などに問われた前大統領、朴槿恵（パク・クネ）被告（67）に懲役25年、罰金200億ウォン（約17億4000万円）を命じた2審判決に関し、有罪と判断した部分を破棄、ソウル高裁に差し戻した。2審判決の手続きに法令違反があったと指摘した。

本日施行された輸出貿易管理令の一部改正に関連する韓国側の発表等について、事実関係及び経済産業省の見解をお知らせします。
本日施行された輸出貿易管理令の一部を改正する政令は、アジアで唯一、韓国に与えられていた優遇措置を撤回するものであり、自由貿易やグローバルサプライチェーンに影響を及ぼすものではありません。
韓国向け輸出については、包括許可の利用条件が従来よりも厳格化されますが、引き続き、特別一般包括許可等の利用は可能です。
また、韓国への輸出が新たにキャッチオール規制の対象にもなりますが、大量破壊兵器等や通常兵器への転用懸念がなければ自由に輸出可能です。
本日施行された輸出貿易管理令の一部を改正する政令は、韓国の輸出管理制度や運用に不十分な点があることなどを踏まえ、日本の輸出管理制度を適切に実施するために運用を見直したものであり、日韓関係に影響を与えることは意図しておらず、ましてや韓国政府が主張するような「貿易報復」ではありません。
日本側の輸出管理の運用見直しについては、7月に開催した韓国産業通商資源部との会合において、見直しの背景である韓国側の輸出管理制度に対する見解を含めて丁寧に説明するとともに、それ以降も課長級でのコミュニケーションを継続しています。
経済産業省としては、現在においても、これまでも韓国側に重ねて伝えているとおり、一定の条件が整えば輸出管理政策対話を再開する用意があるとの考えに変わりはありません。
輸出管理の運用見直しは、軍事転用の可能性のある貨物や技術の貿易を適切に管理するための国内措置であり、秘密軍事情報の保護に関する政府間協定の取り扱いとは、全く次元の異なる問題です。両者を関連づける韓国側の主張は全く受け入れられるものではありません。
